Welcome
to the Louisiana Longhorn Cafe. The best Cajun food west of the
Sabine River. The proprietors of LLC are all from Louisiana and
we have tried to recreate the culinary experiences that we grew
up with.
All our recipes are authentic, in most cases they are "borrowed"
from someone's grandfather, aunt, uncle, mother, or father. In Louisiana
men do a lot of the cooking. We learned at an early age to eat things
that we get from mother nature as well as from the grocery store.
Our dishes are simple, straightforward, and we hope you will agree;
delicious. We have crawfish in just about any way you can think
to eat them, shrimp, oysters, various types of fish, and all the
sauces that Louisiana cooking is known for. It's not too hot to
eat but spicy enough for everyone to enjoy.
So come on down to the Louisiana Longhorn Cafe. We have other things
too, like Chicken Fried Steak, Hamburgers, Salads, and more Salads.
Gumbo's, Etoffee's, and daily specials. A full bar and the "worlds
coldest beer" tops off the LLC experience.
We are open Mondays
for reserved special events only. Call us to reserve a breakfast,
lunch or dinner buffet. Capacity 90 people.
